Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. (Please note that processing time is separate from the shipping time.)
Shipping Rates & Estimated Delivery Time We strive to get your products to you as quickly as possible. Currently, our estimated delivery time is 8 to 15 days after your order has been processed and shipped.

Shipping Cost: Free Shipping on all orders
Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to high volume, carrier issues, or customs processing (if applicable).
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 to 48 hours. You can use this number to track the status of your delivery.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes MeowPunch is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages or Lost Packages If your order arrives damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods and contact us immediately so we can assist you. If your package is lost in transit, please reach out to our support team.
